our process

SEB has a long and successful track record in working collaboratively as part of development, or project, or planning teams. We enjoy our professional collaboration with team members in a number of other professions and firms throughout Massachusetts and beyond. In particular, as a part of our affordable housing development work, SEB often assists clients in selecting or coordinating the efforts of other team members, such as engineers, landscape and site planners, architects, appraisers and market analysts, and other types of technical and professional support. In our work as development consultants and expert witnesses, we often work closely with other lawyers and law firms in developing strategies and assisting in negotiations with local and state agencies. SEB's principals and associates work closely with our clients as a part of their team and value these relationships. Many of our clients at SEB are clients with whom we have worked on several different projects and we enjoy the opportunity to build and strengthen those relationships.
