The first affordable units at Gables University Station are scheduled to be ready for occupancy starting in July 2015, so the application period for this lottery is estimated to start in March of 2015 with an expected lottery date in May 2015. Gables University Station is a 130 unit apartment building on 95 University Avenue. Six 1BR and eight 2BR units will be rented to households with annual incomes not exceeding 80% of AMI adjusted for family size as determined by HUD. Only the affordable units at Gables University Station will be available through the first lottery. The affordable units at Gables II University Station will be available through a separate and distinct lottery in the near future.
