1640 Washington Street, Boston
SEB was retained by The Committee to End Elder Homelessness in Boston to structure and secure debt and equity financing for an historic property in the South End which was renovated into SRO units for formerly homeless elders. A combination of grants, historic tax credits and low income housing tax credits produced a financially feasible project.
