Battle Road Farm, Lincoln
SEB was retained by the Town of Lincoln to assist in the creation of a program to develop mixed income housing on land which the Town had purchased. SEB drafted the Requet for Proposals and assisted the Town in selecting the developer who ultimately created an award-winning community called "Battle Road Farm".
