SEB provided program management services to the Housing Authority of the City of Elizabeth, NJ to carry out a major neighborhood revitalization effort in that city. Of the 585 new units being constructed, 242 will be built on scattered sites, including many of them brownfields. The project required an intense level of coordination and leveraging of resources.
