Ginny Robinson House, Newton
The Ginny Robinson House was recognized for a national award by BUILDER magazine for its innovative program of providing an intergenerational and communal setting for 11 low income individuals, predominantly seniors but with 3 non-senior households in a single house. SEB was involved packaging the project for a local non-profit and securing multiple subsidies necessary.
