Leland Farms, Sherborn
SEB was retained by a local Sherborn non-profit corporation to package a mixed income development on town-owned land which had been approved at Town Meeting for 16 units of housing. The Town subsequently added an adjacent single family home to the mix of 10 affordable and 7 market rate units. SEB helped secure a $500,000 HODAG grant from the Massachusetts Department of Housing & Community Development to provide necessary infrastructure. SEB also administered the lottery for the first-time homebuyers.
