Sea Meadow Village, Hyannis
Sea Meadow Village was the first mixed income homeownership development built on Cape Cod. It was financed by MassHousing under the Home Ownership Opportunity Program (HOP) and was approved by the Barnstable ZBA after only one public hearing. Robert Engler of SEB was co-developer of the project with Lewis Gordon, a local Cape developer. The 53 units were built in a combination of townhouse and garden style units off Route 28 and Pitcher’s Way.
