who we are

SEB’s public and private sector clients benefit from the diverse housing, planning and legal backgrounds and experience of our principals and associates. Members of the firm have worked at the federal, state and local level, on housing, community development, planning and environmental issues. SEB principals and associates have diverse undergraduate or graduate degrees in urban planning, public policy and administration, law, political science and theology. Over the last 30 years, the original three principals of SEB have continued to be involved in the firm, but the firm has also continued to evolve as new principals and associates have joined the firm.
